Gut gurgles

Have been feeling off (to varying degrees) for a week or two, so today I am drinking kefir for all my meals. Mango kefir is delicious! But I am getting a little tired of fruit flavors. Why don't we have butter masala flavor? Chowders? Maybe I will need to make my own.
