How sick is this...?

I'm thinking there should be an LJ community called "How sick is this [and the poster fills in "city/society/whatever"]. For instance...
How sick is this country? Trees are cut down and people are paid so that junk mail can be printed and delivered to my house, and then the city pays people to recycle it.

How sick is this... I bought a five pound bottle of honey today. heh.:) I keep running out.

Thingy stolen from [livejournal.com profile] afrai and [livejournal.com profile] daegaer:
If you've had LJ for over a year, look back to one year ago today and link back to and quote from your entries of that day.
If you have more than one year, go back for the same day for each past year and quote for them as well.
If you've had LJ for under a year, quote from the first month you had LJ and then halfway through the time you've had it.

I've actually had this journal since 2001 - does that make me old? :) Ironically, the title of the entry I made on this day last year was mass exodus at work. To summarize, people were just starting to get sick of the place and leave.

That trend hasn't stopped, although we've gotten in a few part-timers who are now in training. This summer will really really suck, and people are going to get hurt. Oh, dumbest new move the management has made with equipment - the big x-ray machines which scan checked baggage now shoot the bags out automatically and we're NOT ALLOWED to use the hold button. A guy got hit in the head yesterday with a flying suitcase. His head absorbed most of it's forward momentum, but then it fell on his hand where it may have done some damage.

In 2002 I didn't make an entry on the 28th, in fact I only made 3 entries during the entire month. The closest to Feb 28th was the 18th, for which the entire entry was "The new bathroom wallpaper Eor put up looks fantastic! I feel like I live in a 'real' house - some kinda middle class place! :)" (No sense linking back to that.)

My first entry ever was July 2nd of 2001, starting points .

Okay, one more... how sick is this... I got up at 5:30AM and have only had a piece of toast. I've been waiting for Caw to call so we could go for breakfast. But when she called I was in the middle of writing this post. The bad thing about allowing my brain to atrophy from lack of food is then I get too dumb to feed myself. *rolls eyes*
