I hate rude people, such as...
People who jump down other people's throats over stupid misunderstandings. Especially when the conversation is going on on someone else's journal.

princesslaurene made a very thoughtful post bringing up some points re that 'stop rape' thing that's been going around.
Discussion ensued, during which the following exchange took place. She did, at least, apologize to the person who she'd been rude to, but not before giving me all kinds of attitude on being called on rudeness. Still, since she made the appology, I'm not goint to pursue that conversation any further.
I don't appreciate being insulted for not being up to someone else's standard of womanhood - I find that as rude as being abused for saying something I didn't say.
No, it's not, sweetie. You need to be damned sure someone is insulting you before you jump down their throat. Usually in the process of checking to see if they are, they will explain that they're not, and the entire conflict suddenly goes away.
Sometimes I wish the whole world had a Miss Manners to backhand them every now and then.
