I know I'm a little late adding my two cents (or 2t), but I'm in agreement with Betty Crocker, Google, et al. One thing I can add, which is a handy bit of info, is that one Tablespoon is also exactly half an ounce by volume, meaning that 2T = 1/8c; 4T = 1/4c, etc. :)

If having a poor memory regarding culinary measures qualifies one as a psycho, well, okay, but at least you're nice psychos, who like to cook!
