book #13 - "Amazon - a novel" by Barbara G. Walker

It sucks.

The writing is clumsy and the ideas are trite - Woman from a Utopian Scythian society comes to this age sent by the Goddess to teach our poor spiritually impoverished women about Her.

Unlucky thirteen.

Now, should I clean up other things on my stack or immerse myself in something Victorian or Regency to try to get back in a mode for writing my Pseudo Victorian Boys?  Some of my co-workers asked about how the story was going, last night, and I told them.  I think I told them too much, I've spoiled the surprises for them, but talking about it did get me in a mood for writing and I opened Chapter Four and poked at it a bit before bed.

I just realized I should have been ready to go earlier so I could mail out a couple of boxes today.  But I'd like to get an answer back from Looks To Alaska as to whether I should send this box to the same address I did last time (which it came back from, unclaimed).

Yes resend it, and I'll be on the lookout......no perishables I trust.

I don't think I would have chosen to send anything perishable. I think I'll just... cover up the old lables and send it again, tomorrow.
