I've been pretty good and productive all week so far, but today I've spent an hour reading "Post Captain." Jack and Stephen have argued and are going to duel! I'm all on the edge of my seat wondering how this can be worked out. Although I suspect Stephen might just aim to wound, and then patch Jack up and they can have a good talk while he's convalescing. (It was smart of O'Brian to have one of the background characters lose an arm to a wound and keep bringing him up, so that we can be reminded that in that time period it wasn't any light thing to even be only injured.)

This may have something to do with the fact that I owe my Dad a phone call. He left a message some time last week while we were gone and I should call him back. So I keep finding things I should be doing rather than picking up the phone. I hate making calls.

Well, must do more dishes and think about getting to work early so I can do my time sheet which IS DUE TODAY. I got written up for being late with it a few weeks ago.

ETA: I forgot to mention, due to a temporary change in duty I'm working 7AM to 1PM Friday, Saturday and Sunday. So maybe I'll phone my Dad tomorrow afternoon. That would be better, anyway, as I won't be on my way to work.
