That does sound better. I worry less about dying of cancer because of cooking in plastic than I do about holes in my intestines, I'm not sure why. Maybe cancer seems like more of a matter of odds, whereas I imagine every flake of non-stick stuff poking it's own tiny hole in my gut - that seems more concrete than odds.
