I get so spacey when I'm writing. Well, I'm always spacey, I guess I just like having an excuse. This is like heroin, seriously. I"m so ridiculously calm and distracted. Nothing at all to say. I asked Eor if he was worried I would get addicted, and he said no, not worried, if it makes me happy. Although I've noticed he hasn't played any music out loud all day (only listened on his headset) so that I could have silence to write. This is a sacrifice for him, and not one I would have him make on a regular basis. He claims he's just been doing other things, but he's not usually this quiet.
We had Eor's coworker and coworker's new wife over to play board games last night, and had two rousing games of Settlers of Catan, which took us from 7pm 'til about 11pm. Coworker's wife didn't do well the first game, but by the end she got it and was pretty excited about getting it, and wanted to play again. We probably should have left it at that and played again another time, but then she won the second game so it was all good. :) I guess she really did get it. :)
