It cracks me up that I spent years thinking I didn't like peanut butter. Eventually, Eor convinced me to make monster cookie bars per littleredhead's recipe, but he had to have unsalted peanut butter (because he had that heart attack in 2018), so I got Teddy natural unsalted. It has one ingredient: dry roasted peanuts. Of course there was leftover, so I put it on my toast, steeling myself to have to finish this shit up.

Hooked. Now peanut butter toast is an every morning thing.

I only just found out about Teddie's recently, from an article about the company in the Boston Globe. I had no idea they were basically a regional food treasure. I've got two jars in the pantry now.

Yeah, their factory’s in Everett, one of the Mass. towns I looked at apartments in before moving up here. They’re apparently a major New England thing, but I can’t recall hearing of them down in New Jersey.

I don't know if I'll be delighting in all forms of peanut butter! :D (Though I have always had a soft spot for buckeyes and reese's cups.) (Why I don't like sweetened peanut butter when I do like sweets made with peanut butter is beyond me.)
