friggin medical diets can pound sand

I've been so so super good about this elimination diet, I haven't let a damned thing cross my lips that wasn't part of the starter diet or one of the chosen things I've added to it. I'm SO SICK OF THIS. Today I decided that corn chips and potato chips could both come back into my diet the same day. I carefully bought potato chips made only with canola oil and salt, because potatoes, canola oil and salt were all part of the base diet, and I managed to get corn chips which were pretty basic, too, so the only thing added today is actually just potential sunflower oil, but I maoued on those chips, both bags, all the way back from the store. (It didn't help that I was starving when I got to the store, so I was desperate.)

I'm afraid I might snap. I've been dreaming about delicious foods - last night I devoured a whole, full-sized chicken pot pie in my dream, and the night before it was ice cream and cookies. But as Eor pointed out, at least I'm not being chased by monsters. ;)

I hear ya. Tomorrow I break free from my low-iodine diet with a nice, juicy ham steak, garlicky mac & cheese and Trader Joe's lemon with triple ginger snap ice cream.
