One would think that lists would allow more time, but I seem to have less time to get around to things like baking, sewing and writing. I didn't even get any exercise today. But at least I finally got rid of the recycling which has been filling my car for two weeks. :) Time to head out to work, I guess. :P

No small feat, that...

Lists may organise, but they also somehow eat time. I'm convinced.

And you and [livejournal.com profile] eor sent a card! \o/ Thank you so much - it's lovely. It's standing on top of the Sharpe books with the rest of the from-Holmesy-mates ones. :D

Finally! Do tell me when the package gets there - I sent it out something like two weeks before Christmas, and I think the card actually went out the same day, so hopefully soon.

Ya know, given performance so far, the Leicester-Maine postal service is severely taking the piss. :P I swear it's only meant to take a fortnight...

Package? Oh, wow. You are lovely (and I am terribly scatty and haven't sent any of mine out yet!). I shall keep an eye-out.

Expect yours around, ooh, August or something at this rate... :S

Oh, I don't know, the package is just odd little things, I'm rather suck at composing presents. You'll see. ;)

Re lists eating time, though - I suppose it's really that I'm being reminded of all the things, so when I'd normally be la la laing off and baking muffins I'm instead doing the other things I ought to do.

Still, today I've been horrendously bad, and read over my oatmeal for far longer than I should have. I hate this book, too, but things are finally happening. I'm nearly to the end and want to get it over with so I can move on to the Baker Street Irregulars. ;)
