I'm only telling you this story because you may know someone in a similar situation

I'm so damned annoyed with myself. I let my bills pile up until the end of the month - I always tend to do this - and by the time it's time to pay my rent my credit card bill is a few days overdue. I swear I think they time it that way so that they can catch me up. I know they do! I mean, who the heck ever heard of having your bill due on the 26th instead of just the 30th? And why do I always forget that this is the case?? I'm such an idiot! And every month I tell myself that I'm not ever going to do that any more - I'm going to balance my checkbook at least once every two weeks, it would make everything so much easier. And yet I just don't do it. Why Can't I Remember!?

I have Yahoo reminders for some people's birthdays, but I still forget to do anything about it. The reminder comes in and I go, "Oh yeah... later..." And I'm not sure I can remember how to set up new ones. But I'll go look. It's worth a try.
