I have my new (Eor's old) desk! Now I have to find places for all my stuff to live. Probably it won't all fit.
We have had corn on the cob with dinner for the past three days and I'm still finding it delightful. Tonight, in fact, it was the entirety of our dinner. :) Last night I rambled on about how cool it is that all you have to do is husk it and drop it in water, and Eor countered that carrots are even more cool because all you have to do is pull them up out of the ground and rub the dirt off, "And that last step is optional." Tonight I was quite taken with the fact that there were apparently twelve almost perfect rows on my ear of corn. Four rows is the perfect sized bite for me and so I could work my way along it three times. I'm often foolishly happy when things work out with neat, even numbers, I'm sure it points to some deep derangement. ;)

I dread the day we'll start redecorating our computer room. It will have less space and smaller desks. I should start sorting through things right now but don't want to. I don't want to throw stuff away! :P
