I would say that the U.S. Federal Gov't has, on average, the worst designed websites of any I have ever seen. Just as a blanket statement. There's probably any number of better and easier ways to find out any piece of information you might want besides looking it up on a federal site.

I'm trying to get my resume brushed up.

I know. Ugh. You'd think they could shell out $30K a year for a decent webmaster.

Considering they pay hundreds of thousands to managers who seem to be just sitting on their butts all day doing political interdepartmental bullshit liasing - which I think really amounts to puffing themselves up and doing as little actual communication as possible - yeah.

OMG, I haven't had tea or food. Why do I let myself get distracted by these silly things? I just want to fix my resume with the phone number of a manager from an old job, and I can't find his damned email where he sent me his number. It's always like this - the exact piece of information I want is snatched off into the ether the moment I want it, and I spend hours trying to organize my email in the consequent search.
