We made it back alive! And this time I'm not even joking. Eor thinks I'm silly to have ever thought my life was in danger, but about the time I'd been on the top of that mountain walking for miles in the lashing rain and was shuddering uncontrollably I was reviewing in my mind what last things I really should have said to people. daegaer, if I ever don't return, will you finish writing "Swept Away!" for me? It'll be much better that way, so possibly the readers should hope for my disappearance. ;)

And then we came home and did lots of laundry (which had never dried after the lashing with rain/sleet/whatever the hell it was) and went to a swing concert and I got an envelope in the mail from my brother with his band's new CD! But now it's time for bed, so I'm having hot chocolate and hopefully reading a few paragraphs.

That would be very amusing. :) Dull boys plodding along through the wilderness... PSYCHIC ASSASSINS!!! The only drawback for me would be not getting to read it!
