Aquatic deer and ancient whales

Isn't she cute? In a sort of tiny, vicious way. Are those her little fangs, sticking down? (At least I'm guessing it's a she, because they mention having caught a pregnant female.)

Awww, REALLY cute! I'd say that's just wet hair rather than fangs. Although it would be hillarious if they were.

I thought it might be only because in the article it says they do HAVE fangs, but that only the males are usually visible outside of their mouth, and if this IS the pregnant female (which its belly suggests to me it might be) then we shouldn't actually be able to see them, I would think, so you're probably right that it is fur. :)
