More like constantly threatening the protagonist and antagonist of my planned novel arc with non-sacred-cow-hood. Nobody is immune to death in my series.

They are both bitching vociferously in my direction, Nicky because he pays his own insurance and the premiums skyrocketed, Alex because he's got a wife and nephew to take care of.
