And it's lovely and shiny and candy apple red. ;) It will probably save us fuel, though we'll still probably be skinflints and not really heat this place warm, usually. For the next few days, though, we need to have it 65 or so in order to push the air out of the lines. Oh, the torture - I may roast. ;)
Another storm is going to come and camp out for three or four days; we should get six to nine inches by the time it's done. Not a huge storm, just long-lasting. But, Eor now has the snowblower working well, so that's going to be a lot easier. :)
Also, Hawk's medicine (Tarceva) is showing good results, which is really exciting. It holds things steady, doesn't cure, and after a while it will stop working, and we hope there will be something else available when it stops. But right now he says the only side effect is acne, which "Just makes me feel like a kid again. [Daughter]* has the same effect on me!"
I fly out on Friday to see them! :)
