It's Tuesday and that recruiter's client hasn't called me. Of course, on the weekend I got a heat rash on my neck. What is it about nerves? And I STILL haven't gotten out my iron to make sure it works - oops, I should do that first thing tomorrow.

Adam Brodskey has a show in Portland, ME tomorrow, at the Free Street Taverna. I somehow suspect we're not going to make it. Maybe we'll make the one in Cambridge at Club Passim on Monday (July 30th) He's really... something.:) Don't miss it if you have a chance to see him. It probably won't be expensive.:)

Eor found a very funny rant about 'poly people I can do without" at Heartless Bitches International. Go to 'Rants' and it's in that list. It's long, but I thought it was worth it for pointing out things to watch out for in anyone someone might be dating, not only poly people. I especially liked the section which began, "I'm tired of "poly" people who do the "romantic" thing just to stroke their own egos, and to get a rush from someone "falling" for them, but they don't want to be responsible for the consequences."

I got my $300 'tax relief' check in the mail today, how about you?? I think Bush is an asshole for giving these checks out rather than paying down the federal deficit, but it's not like I can turn it down, I need the money... as does everyone, I'm sure.

Oh well, off to swelter somewhere else.
