theoretical cleaning, theoretical money

I worked on cleaning off my desk a little, although it doesn't look much better over all.  I did throw out some things, and turned up a check to me for $20.  It's a reimbursement from my doctor because I paid her twice for my last visit.  Of course now I have my physical coming up on the 14th so she'll be getting it right back.  (I also tossed out lots of email addresses for people who I haven't heard from/written to/can't remember who they are, and sorted some others into categories of "I'd actually like to have an email address for this person" and "I fondly remember this person but won't burden them with my annoying email habits by writing to them."  All very nice but doesn't help the overall messyness of my desk.)  And all that came about because I wanted to pass on this link about homophobic censorship and couldn't find Eightball's address that he gave me a few days ago over the phone.
