I wish I could remember how to make LJ hearts...

Although I'm sure that anyone who cares already has daegaer friended, I feel it my duty to let you all know that she has Chapters Forty-Nine and Fifty of Mars Assassins (Bleed Into One) up, and they are as full of personality conflicts, cliffhangeryness and sweet, sweet cuddling as a story could possibly be.

I was going to go to the library to see if I can get the book club book for this month ("The Glass Castle" by... Jennifer Walls.  How can I remember that?), but it's raining.  I started to say pouring, but not really, it's just... well, it's in earnest, and it's not letting up.  Hm.  Well.  I guess I could take my uniform shirt and socks wrapped in plastic in my knapsack, and wear the pants I have at work if I get too terribly wet.

(no subject)

I just bought a paid account.  why?  Because I made one more icon and didn't have room for it.  (I know, the text is fuzzy - I'm not very good at making icons.)

It was confusing to see my journal style now continuing through all my pages.  I was so used to knowing when I was 'behind the scenes,' in a place where I could edit and look at comments, because it went into the default style.

ETA: Rain has not let up.  I've phoned the library and have the book on interlibrary loan - they didn't have a copy, anyway.  What's up with that?  Every book I ever try to get from them they claim they have three copies but they're all out right now.  I think they don't have near as many books as they claim they have.  I guess it's a good thing I didn't walk down and get soaked. 

Off to catch the bus.

I just realized - no wonder I like rainy days.  My head is much clearer from the allergies.
