(no subject)

I spent the last two days completely immersed in A Deeper Season by lightgetsin and sahiya.  Okay, it's been a while since I read the Vorkosigan stories (Lois McMaster Bujold) but damn I would swear this was just like reading one of the books.  All sorts of intrigue and explosions, the queer characters (canon in Bujold stories) and the whole, "We're going to drag this benighted society into sanity whether it likes it or not!" subplot - very concurrent with canon.  Whee!
