I saw lilacs on my way home from work, yesterday. :) When we were in South Dakota they were already all over the place, there, but there were none in Maine.
The Loose Digits, live at the Tractor Tavern - suffers from every drawback of live video (horrible lighting and background noise), but that's my brother, Hawk, on the standup bass. :) They do several pieces - "Cuckoo's Nest," "Squirrel Hunt" (closeup early on! :)), and "Miss Ohio."

ETA: A note of explanation - I used to collect comics when I was 11 - 18 or so, and Misty Knight was a character I could see as a role model. What they've done to her pisses me off.
Eor's been trying to cheer me. He sang to me, "My blood runs cold, my memory has just been sold..." He says she's still a role model, just a role model sponsored by DuPont. "You too can have breasts that look like the front end of a ballistic missile submarine! Shouldn't Sean Connery be in there somewhere, pretending to be a Russian?"
