...apparently. I was all depressed since a few days into the elimination diet - I mean, think of it; no alcohol, no chocolate. But it seems one of the things which was really bothering me was the lack of dairy products. Last night I decided to make mac & cheese (gluten free macs, of course) and this morning I have a huge cup of Russian tea with goat's milk in it and I'm feeling SO happy right now.

And usually I don't think that our mac and cheese is all that great the next day, but this morning I scraped every last scrap from the casserole dish. Possibly I'm addicted to dairy products.

This Questionable Content sounded awfully familiar, only Mom told me a similar story - that tapioca was dug out of mines - some 30 years earlier. Maybe this is one of those mystical tropes that people think of when they're drinking; food coming from under the ground.

I'm searing some ground beef (in two separate pans for me and Eor) and spilled some on the stove. My first thought was "Aw, I just washed the stove." My second was "Why do I even use pans? With this glass topped stove I could just sear the meat right ON the burner!"
