My new coworker has passed his first class, and it's going to be a week before the next part of his paperwork can be done because both the people who do HR work are gone this week, but he's starting some of his online courses and I'm dumping some jobs on him. I've told him he has to sweep the dojo floor for a while before he'll get to do interesting things, but actually there really are no interesting things to do. :)
