Newbies came in, today! Tomorrow they start on their on the job training schedule - 4am - 9am for two of them, 1pm - 6pm for the other one. I think the scheduling guy has it in for the training department - it makes it SO hard for us when the people we need to train are not anywhere near on the same shift. Four HOURS between them, seriously? How can we work anything with this?
