The point-oh-eight was actually a sprint about a half hour earlier than the rest of the walk, to perk myself up and inspire me to get some things done. I did that, put the dishes and laundry in, and then was able to convince myself to just walk. It's NOT that Farmer Maggot's dogs chased me! :)
