(I realize that if you watch my FB you might already have seen these posts, but I also don't see FB as being my journal, whereas this IS.)
Holy crap, I think I'm done booking my tickets for my flights to visit Hawk and Eightball. It's going to involve United Airlines, Alaska Airlines, Delta Airlines (a redeye) and then after being on that last flight all night I have the delight of finding a bus back to Maine. I intend to buy that ticket tomorrow. It's been gruelling just freakin placing these reservations.
So, re the NaNo thing - I broke 25,000 last night. The reason I'm putting all else aside and trying to just kill this is that I don't have until the end of the month; the 23rd will be my last chance to write because I'm getting on that United Airlines flight on the 25th.
Those who have watched dowsing, what have you observed the dowser do? (I think I could make a tongue-twister out of that if I tried.) I want to write a scene where someone watches a dowser, so I don't actually need to know what they're really doing, but what it appears they're doing, if that makes any sense.
