Our femailman delivered a wonderful box of goodies from http://cyberquail.livejournal.com/ yesterday afternoon! :) I waited for Eor to get home, and we opened it last night after dinner. English 'wine' gummies, Girardelli double chocolate, chai, and no less than three different types of gluten-free scone mix. :) Eor will drink the chocolate and eat the gummies, and the scones and chai are mine-all-mine. ;) I love scones. :9
Other than that, I know I haven't posted in a long time, but I don't know if this is exactly the best moment to spend time on it, as I'm partway through vacuuming the laundry room - ceiling, walls, shelves, and under the shelves and the built-in desk. In keeping with the rest of the house, a lot of cobwebs. And laundry is ready for the next round, and here I sit typing and having tea, because... I'm me.
The good news of the WEEK is getting the new motor for the furnace - yaaaaay! Three cheers for sleeping through the night and not having to get up and kick the furnace! And waking up to 60 degrees instead of 40! Felt positively balmy when I got out of the shower, and my shower stayed HOT. It got almost scalding toward the end, actually.
