I think I overwhelmed my browser trying to put captions on all those pics which I posted on Photobucket last night. It just stopped responding. Time to go make muffins, I think.
I called these muffins "Hazelnut Almond Almost Perfect", but I make them differently every time, changing one ingredient each time, in an effort to improve. This iteration is oat flour and garbanzo, and they've gotten quite a bit better since I said they were almost perfect. :) They're still dry, so this time I'm adding a quarter cup of applesauce. I'll keep increasing applesauce and butter until they either get less dry or I come up with a fail batch.
And, they're out of the oven and pretty damned good. Definitely getting more soft/chewy. :)
Okay, time to post this and get away from the computer, pack lunch and take my nighttime regimen of vitamins. I rebooted my browser, but Photobucket came back up with half my pics copied, the other half with the caption of the picture next to it. :P
