Anyone can be in Rockland at 0730, right? But can I be there with my shit together? I hate getting up at 0230. I had set my alarm for 0300, but my subconscious waa apparently not sure that was sufficient.
And then my subconscious also was apparently lonely and wanted Eor up, too, because I popped the bathroom door latch by accident, which sounds ridiculously loud - almost like the neighbors are shooting things - in the early morning quiet. In my defense, I had just opened the other bathroom door (there's one at each end) with the intention of going down the back stairs so as not to bother him, and the doors, because it's an old house, hang differently - the front-end door needs to be pushed in tight before the latch is lifted or it makes that horrible noise, but the back-end door needs to be lifted before you can move it out of the frame.
Oh well, off for the fun.
