2) Hat Full Of Sky - Sir Terry Pratchett
3) Wyrd Sisters - same
Hopefully I'll come back and edit this later with comments, got to get to work right now. All my work stuff smells like fish today, this is not good.
ETA: Obviously the above were both re-reads. Reading them concurrently was interesting for the changes in Granny Weatherwax. Or maybe they aren't changes, just perspective. In "Wyrd Sisters" things don't always go her way, she doesn't always win, and she isn't quite as wise. She's foolish at times, vain and self-centered, stubborn... and I like her more. But for "Hat Full of Sky" she's required to be the mentor, and she's really just not in it as much because the story is about Tiffany, so that's okay.
I love the Tiffany books. Hands down, THE best series for girls, in my opinion.
Oh, I also should add that the reason my work stuff smelled like fish was because I had spilled tuna juice over myself the day before, while making my sandwich at work, and it had gotten inside my ID holder. But I didn't realize it had gotten in there until that next morning. So, yeah. I rinsed the thing out, and changed to another holder for a while.
