I do need to keep everything moving along in the mornings, now. It's starting to look something like this:
0530 - pack lunch
0600 - eat breakfast
0630 - walk if it's a Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday or stretch if it's a Monday or Thursday
0730 - shower
0800 - dishes, if it's a Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday or leave to go to Physical Therapy if it's a Monday or Thursday (and to work after)
0930 - leave for work on Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday
In practice... I'm still getting the hang of this. It's a Wednesday and I sort of... made a compote, boiled some eggs, did a little stretching (notice I did not take my walk) and am leaving for work about ten minutes later than I have scheduled. Pf. I'm tired today.
