(no subject)

Since Eor has left for work, and there seems to be a lot of buckthorn on the top of the stack, I'm burning as much of it as I can identify. The bark varies from almost black, dryly cracked, to a charcoal gray peeling similar to a birch, though more dry looking. It seriously smells like I'm burning trash. Nylon or something. This is the kind of smell that might worry the neighbors that our house has caught fire. I hope it doesn't give me cancer. Or anyone downwind. :(
