I passed the test at work! They tested us on handwanding, physical patdowns and bag searching, and I don't have to do any retakes - I rock! :) Everyone has been so incredibly nervous about his, and my nerves apparently went straight to my stomach. (I often have that problem, but I never got diahreah from it before, that I recall.) As soon as I passed, though, my stomach felt better.
I also put down the first month's rent to hold the apartment we looked at on Monday. We're going back to look at it again tomorrow, just to be sure. Then we'll have until Friday morning to decide we don't it and get the deposit back. If I don't mail out the bills I have sitting on the kitchen table (on top of the boxes to Daegaer and my brother Hawk, which I still haven't mailed out) then I'll have just barely enough in my bank account to cover that check. *wince* So, procrastination may have been a good thing in that case - if I'd been doing things like I should have I'd have already mailed out those bills and be over $300 shy of what I needed in there. Now I should feed the kitty and try to get some sleep. I want to be smart tomorrow when we have to make up our minds.
