So, the LJ maintainers have found it, but it doesn't look as though they've figured out what to do about it, yet.

FYI, you can delete the entry. I brilliantly clicked on the link in eor's journal, and I went into Semagic and chose "Edit last entry" and it brought that one up. And now, I've gotten rid of it. Hooray.
