I couldn't find anything under the names I'm usually called by, now, but my family used to call me Wendy (my middle name). For Wendy I found only one in LOTR, and it sounds kind of amusing...
Beauty and the Warg by Dreamality
On her way to see the Broadway play Beauty and the Beast, Wendy is in a car crash. When she awakes, she's in the one place she's always dreamed of going: Middle-earth. There's just one problem: She's a Warg!
I think I might have to read that.:)
There were seven listed in Harry Potter, but one seemed to just be making a reference to Peter Pan's Wendy (who I'm actually named after).
This particular one looks truly horrible!

"don’t you to ever go any where with out each other?" wendy askd
"why yes we did a few times like when i used go into Lily’s bed and start to lay her thats about it." James replied somaly
