eor pointed out a flag hanging outside one house on our block. My first reaction was, "Why? Why do they decide to hang a flag out today?" I'm surprised I could forget, given the continuous warnings we've had at work to be extra careful.
It's a perfect fall day - sunny, 70 degrees (although there's some little whisps of clouds moving in, now). Eor says the difference between him and me is about 5 degrees. He thinks it needs to be 5 degrees warmer to be perfect. :)
It cleared off yesterday afternoon (it had been warm but rainy and/or overcast all week) and I sat outside with one of my co-workers (he gets called Downstairs Don, Delta Don or Don Wand, depending on the job he's assigned that day), told him about my dream and talked about catastophies. He says he heard that a volcano in Italy is getting ready to errupt sometime soon.
