Stretching, weight lifting and walking on the treadmill have all been accomplished today, as well as a nice soak in a hot bath. I've filled the dishwasher. Now all that's left is putting away laundry and going to Rite Aid for all those meds... yeah, gotta run. I can never get enough done.
