Going up to get the trees on Saturday was a trip full of nostalgia. I'd never been there before, but FEDCO Seeds was started by a friend of my Mom's and the people who were working the registers and all were just the same sort of people Mom used to hang around with. Only some of them are younger, now. :) And the smells of the place... all organic. ;)
This morning I have watered the newly seeded grass and moved some bamboo roots to the dumpster, and done a little weeding of bamboo. And read some Raffles/Bunny stories - there's some good stuff going on at crimeandcricket, lately.
