Apparently Scott Adams, who draws "Dilbert" and Diane Rehm, the NPR radio host, both suffer from Spasmodic Dysphonia, and for him it also affected his art. Apparently it's primarily in one's head. I wish I'd never heard of this. I'm afraid that if I even think about this disease too much I'll probably develop it, especially with the way I have a low-level sore throat all the damned time these days. Except if it's really about fear of communication it should mostly affect my typing. I know everyone probably thinks I 'talk' way too much, especially
mizzmarvel after our conversation last night. :) Maybe it's more like performance anxiety?
I love Fall Back. An extra hour of sleep, how wonderful. :) I'm wanting my tea very badly, but I'm going to try to resist, since I've had enough sleep. Although they say the only time caffeine is a problem is if you get heart palpitations. ;) And generally it doesn't bother me to have lots one day and none the next. It's just it's a little cool in here and I want a warm drink.
