I did miserably badly on the treadmill tonight. Only 1,016 vertical feet, most at an incline of 12 and a speed of like 2 mph. I started out at 15 and 2.8 but every time I stumbled I'd slow down, and I stumbled three times. Am very very tired and I don't know why. It's not like I worked hard, today, but near the end of the day started feeling nauseous and dizzy.
