I think I may actually turn off my computer, today. I don't normally do that on Fridays, but it's too damned hot. Although, as they say, it's not so much the heat as the humidity. It's even a little too humid for me. Last night my body was actually cold, but everything felt so damp - you'd think the air would not be able to hold that much water. It was as though everything had come out of the dryer not quite dry. I can just imagine what this is going to be like at the laundry, today. I can't be too picky, because I could plunk a million quarters in there and still not get everything dry, but at the same time it's not going to dry at home, either. I'm afraid we'll start mildewing if this weather goes on much longer. This is what air conditioning was invented for - health reasons. You don't want to be growing stuff on your body.
