LiveJournal seems tilted toward the more privileged crowd, certainly. I'm actually an anomally for the area I grew up in - most people I knew growing up, their parents had not been to college. (Eor, his father had to leave school to work when he was thirteen.) One of my GREAT-Grandfathers went to college. Boston Conservatory of Music, and studied violin. And came back to Maine, became the cemetary caretaker and played the fiddle for weekend dances, because education was not helpful in finding work.
