I'm going to be a real trainer! I won't be a puppet trainer anymore! The good news - more money, more training (more ability to compete in the job market if I want to change jobs), and midday hours (the proposal put to me, contingent on people talking it over, was 9am - 5:30pm). The down side is not having my Sundays off - I'll have Friday/Saturday as my weekend - but I hold out some hope that the Skipper might be willing to do trades so we can each have three day weekends sometimes.
