Friday:
Freezing rain. Pockets of rain sleet in the morning...then partly cloudy with a chance of mixed precipitation in the afternoon. Total accumulation of ice a quarter to nearly a half inch with locally a dusting to an inch snow and sleet accumulation. Highs around 40. North winds 10 to 15 mph...becoming northwest in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation near 100 percent.
At least it's warm - 31F this morning. Compared to 13F the other night when I left work, that feels pretty good. I walked out to Eor's car in my pyjamas, coat and clogs to grab my shovel this morning.
Today and tomorrow I'm going to a class for work, so I have to get my butt in gear and shower, and dig out some business casual clothes from the back closet. No microwave there, so they've been going out for lunch. Phoebe and CeeJay are teaching the class, so it should be fun. :)
