I need to apologize profusely to anyone who I teased by saying I had posted pictures of England and then it turned out that was on Facebook. I had no idea what when Facebook said that I could share these pictures with someone who didn't have a Facebook account, what it really meant was that I could force someone to get a Facebook account. To make up for it, I've been posting pics to Flickr as quickly as I can. Which is not very. I've been complicated in all my efforts by the fact that when I went to pull the pics over from Eor's machine I would crash it, I don't know why. Day before yesterday he got sick of that and gave me a thumb drive with all the pics on it. Mad posting of pics to flickr has ensued since Sunday, which is part of why I haven't posted to LJ or anywhere else. Still not done, but you can see some starting here: Sunday, April 4. And for now that's probably overload. Especially the pics of Bolton Abbey, which was only part of Tuesday. I posted way to many pics of Bolton Abbey, I just couldn't make a lot of decisions about what to cut out.

Have they changed that recently then? I swear it used to be that anyone could see them

Hm! I don't know. Maybe it was just something I did wrong. Eor and Cyberquail couldn't see them, and Cyberquail's solution was to make a Facebook account, but Eor refuses. For good reason, I guess, because it just seems to be an opening for a load of trouble and heartache, not to mention sucking up time.

Creating a Facebook account helped - kind of. But as far as I could tell, you also had to invite me to see the pictures and jump through some other hoops too. Which all in all, was still easier than seeing my own pictures! (cross-reference my own journal, with *shocking*, but not surprising, news!)

Well, you should be receiving something which looks like a wad of bubblewrap in the mail. :D
