I woke up this morning feeling way overtired because of staying up last night, and wrote myself a list that was basically me yelling at myself about all the things I did not do yesterday evening, starting with "Go to bed at 8pm!" Well, it's 830 and I just started reading the transcript of episode 1 of Welcome to Night Vale. Not a good idea for me before bed, anyway. I have, recently, had two dreams based on media I consumed before bed. "Dean Snow" [ETA: That would be "DEAD Snow"! posting when half asleep. :P] - as you might expect - inspired a fun dream about guiltlessly hacking up zombies. "Snuff" (Pratchett) gave a a dream in which the main character of the whole riverboat-in-the-storm sequence was actually Stinky the Goblin, as played by John Barrowman. (I have his version of "Miss Otis Regrets" on my mp3 player and listen to it almost every day. Even familiarity does not make the heart grow fonder - I still prefer Kirsty McCall's version.)
