Had a rather painful procedure done at my doctor's appointment, today, and unexpectedly. I'm embarrassed to report that I was a complete wuss about it. I'm going to blame that on the fact that my mood has been so fragile, I just don't have the defences, but I was amazed at how much it hurt. And then I came home and moved eight wheelbarrows full of dirt, so I guess I'm okay.

Being a wuss about having an unexpected procedure is completely acceptable, especially if it's something potentially scary, or if it hurt! But I'm glad you're okay. :)
