Do we want a housemate at this point? I just got done being so DONE with sharing a roof with other people, and then Eor finds this posting from a college kid looking for a place to live next fall. It would be nice to not be just the two of us rattling around in this huge place. *think* *think*

Oh, and the first two days back at work were okay, but by today, the third... the suck started to catch up with me a little. There's a certain briefing I need, I'm the last person in the state to get it, my Supervisor is supposed to give it to me, but every time she walks by she looks so forbidding that I don't want to say anything. I asked how she was and what shift she bid on and she acted like I was a goddamned idiot to not know that bidding hadn't happened, yet. Well, hell yeah, I'm an idiot because not only had I thought the bid had happened, I thought it was already in effect and showed up an hour too early for my first day back.

Hrm. A very chill undergrad could be a nice housemate. Someone quietly around, enjoying the space and the land while doing a lot of homework? That doesn't sound terrible. But I think it would have to be the right person.

Her email address implies she's a geek. And I did a bit of minor stalking - googled her email address and didn't drill down much, but the items which came up first also appeared geeky. Seems like there could be a joke here. How does a geek choose a housemate... google stalk.
